Terms & Conditions
The Cuckoo Clocks use Stripe to handle card payments. Stripe is a highly trusted company that manages billions of dollars in payments from small and large companies all over the world. Please check out their website for further information.
Once payment is received physical orders will typically be processed within one to two days. If there is a problem, we’ll aim to contact you within a few days to let you know about any delays or order issues.
Any digital downloads, the website emails you a download link immediately. If you don’t receive this, please check your junk/spam folder first, before contacting us.
This also applies to any “ticket sales” — we never send out physical tickets (unless explicitly stated). You always receive an “email confirmation” from us.
Please ensure that your order details are correct before submitting payment, but if there are problems we’ll do our best to work with you – use our contact form to let us know should there be issues.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries in the UK and abroad.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
